Really lovely surroundings. Nathan was easy going (Shayne was away, but I am sure she is also lovely!) and the yurt was a perfect little hub. We walked up the big hill with huge backpacks and I have to say the reward felt greater! Buuuuutt take up Shayne and Nathan’s offer for a lift if available. You’ll be thankful later

Great location and the Yurt is really cool. Shayne and Nathan were really helpful and facilitated a late check in for us travelling up from Guildford.

Everything you need is here and it is a great base to explore from to places like Llangollen and Betsy.

Nathan's a great host and was more than happy to provide us with any information we needed about the local area. The yurt is in a great location. It's private and all you can see around you are pine forests and rolling hills. We stayed here for two nights in late September. It was bliss on a sunny autumn morning, lying in the hammock on the decking with only the birdsong for company. A true escape from the city!

Would definitely come back.

We went as a family with 2 kids- 1 infant. Shayne and Nathan are wonderful hosts and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. It is a lovely place to stay with serene views and very peaceful. We would love to come again and definitely recommend this place if you want to get away from busy life.
