So we are really pleased to announce that not only have we been certificated by the Greener Camping Club, we’ve also now sent our new Greener Glamping website live at greenerglamping.uk.

Our new site is specifically for renting the yurts only and not the whole of Ty Mam Mawr retreat centre.

Our third trip staying at shayne a and Nathan's and we absolutely love it, and wish we could live there. The hosts are really friendly and lovely people to be around, we ran out of wood, so nathan happily came and chopped some for us. The yurts are so comfortable, and the facilities are great for any weather. Hope to stay again soon.

My family and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. The yurt is beautiful and the facilities are well above the standard you would expect from off grid living. We were able to enjoy the bbq and fire pit. Chilling our drinks in the pond was all part of the adventure (there is a very large kitchen with fridge available but that isn’t as fun!)
Shayne was a wonderful host and although we didn’t meet Nathan his enthusiasm for off grid living was evident in all the fantastic facilities he has built.
Stay here to get away from it all.

We have been glamping at various places over the year & this trip blew us away. The yurt & the land are really magical , everything was perfect , the kitchen was great for cooking in & shower was lovely. We really enjoyed chilling out in the yurt playing bord games , going for walks in the forest & ventured to Bala to go to the micro brewery.Nathan is a wonderful host , he made my birthday weekend & nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend going here , we can’t wait to return. Thanks so much xx

If you're looking for something a bit quirky but that still has all the amenities you need, then this is a great place to go. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, the yurt was incredible and they have everything you need. Everything is clean and the setting is fantastic, beautiful and quiet with a nice babbling brook for background noise. The shared facilities were great and we never had any issues with waiting (there is only one other yurt). Overall, great stay. The beautiful weather definitely helped :)
