Greener Glamping

Posted on October 4, 2020July 30, 2025 by Nathan Green

So we are really pleased to announce that not only have we been certificated by the Greener Camping Club, we’ve also now sent our new Greener Glamping website live at greenerglamping.uk.

Our new site is specifically for renting the yurts only and not the whole of Ty Mam Mawr retreat centre.

    • If you're looking for a unique experience in a beautiful, secluded location this is it. Shayne and Nathan are warm and extremely accommodating hosts. They are very conscientious and much thought has been put into their yurts. Whatever the season, you'll love this place and be well looked after.

    • We enjoyed a lovely weekend in a yurt (first time for us). Yurt is lovely and cosy with a log burner which we used each night, would you believe in august. Is remotely situated, so very relaxing and chilled out, with chickens running around and highland cows and sheep in field at front of yurt, which our little pug loved to bark at. Views out of yurt are breathtaking. Lots of lovely walks around surrounding areas. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are very good. Shayne and Nathan were ver welcoming and lovely hosts, and we can't wait to go back.

    • Really beautiful and remote. Shayne and Nathan couldn't have been nicer too.

    • The perfect place to escape, we only stayed for one night and wish it could have been longer. The yurt itself is beautiful and the surroundings are wonderfully peaceful. The facilities are great and the hospitality even better -would definitely recommend this place!
