Greener Glamping

Posted on October 4, 2020July 30, 2025 by Nathan Green

So we are really pleased to announce that not only have we been certificated by the Greener Camping Club, we’ve also now sent our new Greener Glamping website live at greenerglamping.uk.

Our new site is specifically for renting the yurts only and not the whole of Ty Mam Mawr retreat centre.

    • We had a lovely welcome from Nathan and the Yurt was wonderful , positioned with a view of the forest and down the valley
We had everything we could need for a perfect holiday , the wood burner made the Yurt wonderfully cosy , the hot shower with an amazing view , clear skies and beautiful sunsets .
The location is spectacular , feeling far away from day to day life
We would absolutely recommend this gorgeous place to anyone

    • Enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay with my son (4yrs), a perfect setting to get away from it all. We read in the hammock overlooking the trees and hills, played, laughed, chatted and explored the forrest. My son loved gathering wood for the wood burner which does a fantastic job of heating the yurt! He also loved the 3 chickens that came to see us every day! Nathan was lovely and showed us some little walks around the area, left us to it but there if we needed anything. Thank you!

    • Shayne and Nathan were excellent hosts. They kept in constant communication before our trip and were very understanding when our plans had to change by a day. The yurt was cosy and unique and the surrounding landscape was fantastic to take-in in the morning with a cup of coffee! Nathan gave us plenty of sight-seeing recommendations in the area, but unfortunately, we were not there long enough to really explore. Will definitely be staying here again!
