    • Staying here exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect secluded haven for a much needed nurturing time. Immersed in nature in a stunning clean yurt, adjacent to a super well equipped cabin. We had all the facilities needed for a short break. Clean air in superb settings, no light pollution enabled nights to be filled with clear views of star filled evenings. We didn't need to go anywhere as the walks on our doorstep gave us ample opportunity to explore the stunning beauty of this location. The hosts Shayne and Nathan were the best, kind, openhearted down to earth and a very accommodating couple. We so enjoyed the space, decor and warmth of the yurt. We had the luxury of the log fire on evening but the weather was warm the rest of the time so not needed. It's a lovely location if you want to immerse yourself in simply being, reflection, walking, meditation. Also a great base if you want to explore further afield. Would definitely visit again and again and again.....

    • We had a one night stopover in the big yurt. The yurt is as described and we had an idyllic sunny evening sitting by the fire outside. We were comfortable and cosy and enjoyed our stay.

    • Fantastic yurt in a beautiful location! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We asked for recommendations for walks and Nathan filled our days with activities! And loaned us maps
Our visit was in November, so we didn't take advantage of the star gazing (due to temp outside), which we will on our next visit.
Only downside was the pre-arrival reading, which contained many rules (mainly about fire making). But on arrival we were made to feel very comfortable and relaxed.
      We will definitely return!

    • We had a lovely time staying in this remote yurt. It was very peaceful and we really enjoyed watching the lambs in the field behind us. The yurt itself was very cosy and comfortable and we really enjoyed cuddling up in there each evening. The kitchen is well stocked if a bit small but so long as you go in one at a time it's fine. I was a bit worried about the toilet, having never used a compost toilet before, but it was really easy to use and not smelly at all!
There are loads of really interesting things to do in the surrounding area, including walks and watersports and things to see.
Nathan was really friendly and made a point of saying hello without interrupting our peaceful time together. We would very happily visit again!

    • This place is an absolute gem, nestled between the hills and forest.
The yurt is huge and comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need.
The outside area is. just perfect with spectacular views across the valley.
The surrounding areas are perfect for hiking and adventures.
      Would highly recommend.
